AS A COMPANY Cooper & Parks are a company of highly qualified advisers specialising in Mortgages, Protection, Pensions and Investments, established in the year 2000. We offer face to face advice at a time to suit you. We understand time is precious and that is why we are happy to meet our clients at their place of work at their home or even invite them to our offices. AS AN ADVISOR As a Mortgage & Protection advisor working in the financial sector, I help people find and apply for the right mortgage, and ensure that they are offered the correct provisions to keep their home in the event of ill health or death, while ensuring that they are fully informed about what's available and its benefits. Working in a customer's best interests, it's down to me to find the best mortgage based on their situation and finances, and guide them through the whole process. On a day to day basis I deal with estate agents, valuers and mortgage lenders, keeping up to date with the current market and law and working closely with my clients. As I am independent I am able to source from 50+ lenders throughout UK, as well as 6+ of the most reputable Insurance companies giving my clients access to the best protection products available In addition, I follow strict rules and guidelines from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which make sure advisors act fairly and are qualified to give the right financial advice.
