Equanimity Psychological Services is a confidential and reliable psychotherapy service providing expert assessment, diagnosis and treatment in Harley Street, London. The service delivers therapy for emotional conditions such as depression, anxiety and anger. Only effective "evidence-based" treatments are used. Our therapists are highly skilled, qualified and experienced. All therapists possess a psychology degree in addition to completing extensive postgraduate training in an evidence-based therapy. Our therapists will also have completed 6 years or more of post-qualifying supervised therapy and are registered with a professional body. The service was founded by Thomas Brown, a registered psychological therapist and graduate member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS). Thomas holds an honours in Psychology (BA), a postgraduate certificate in cognitive behaviour therapy and other outcome based treatments (PGCert), postgraduate certificate in low-intensity psychological interventions (PGCert), 20 credits of a master of science (MSc) degree in advanced psychosocial interventions for psychosis and has qualified status in the supervision of high-intensity cognitive behaviour therapists and psychological wellbeing practitioners. Thomas has over 12 years of experience in mental health care.
