Detailed Planning & Building Regulations drawings for all Building Projects including Extensions, Alterations, Conversions and New builds... Nextstep Design was set up by myself in order to provide cost effective drawing solutions for all UK building projects. Having worked for many years in busy Architectural practices I have seen so many projects be completed that have needed hundreds often thousands of pounds worth of drawings. Drawings are needed to seek certain permissions in order to build a new development however they do not need to take up so much of your important budget that's essentially for building your new idea. While I aim to provide drawings at unbeatable costs I still pride myself on maintaining a high standard of drawing and whether your drawings cost £150 or £900 I will always apply the same level of detail and attention to all projects.
