About Us

Walk the Talk Coaching helps to promote a positive and quality-driven culture within the workplace where staff feel valued and motivated to work at their best, celebrating achievement, learning from mistakes and finding joint ways of improving practice through open communication. We do this by offering - services that help individuals and groups explore ideas, talk them through, turn them into concrete plans and then follow them through in practice, checking and monitoring progress as they proceed and introducing change and improvements where issues emerge; - support to staff at all levels, helping them work from their strengths while reflecting on how to build up on areas for development. We may use the widely acclaimed Emotional Capital Record Report as a starting point for this. Where appropriate, we also encourage walking and talking especially in beautiful, natural surroundings. This helps to calm and free both body and mind.

When the builders start smashing and building daily how do you keep up with it all? You could argue that the builder has your plan and he knows what he’s doing and I’ll leave him to it. But does he truly understand the vision running around in your mind?
