Martial arts school, Classes in Thai Martial Arts Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) Muay Boran (Traditional Thai Boxing) and Krabi krabong (Thai Warriors Art).
The Sitsiam camp was established in 1983 in East Manchester by chief instructor and founder Kru Tony Moore.
Muay Thai is a great way to get fit and take part in an exciting sport.
Muay Boran is good for health and fitness and is an excellent form of self-defence.
Krabi krabong is very spiritual in its nature and therefore is good for mind and body.
Classes are available from age 5 years up.
We also offer personal training on a one-to-one basis.

Construction or Renovation?

When it’s come’s to construction and or refurbishment it’s difficult to keep track of all that work going on around you, in between trying to hold down a full time job especially if you have children. When the builders start smashing and building daily how do you keep up with it all? You could argue that the builder has your plan and he knows what he’s doing and I’ll leave him to it. But does he truly understand the vision running around in your mind?
