Each employee at The Ritz London is a vital part of delivering a Legendary, Magical, Consistent, Elegant and Visionary experience to our guests. Our longest serving team member, who has celebrated 45 years with the company, works in Palm Court where we famously serve traditional afternoon tea.

Every November we celebrate the long service anniversaries of our team members with an elegant reception and each team member is rewarded with a certificate and a gift from the company.
