Inner Temple Wellbeing

I am a Personal Development Facilitator and my passion is to help people to live the lives that they desire. My role is that of a guide to clients for their journey's into self-healing and inner work. My sessions incorporate elements of alternative therapy and coaching for personal development and emotional healing. I am a Master NLP Practitioner and Master Time Line Therapist. The main modalities that I use with clients are Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy and Shadow Work. My focus is largely on the psycho-spiritual side of healing. Additionally, I have studied & certified in a variety of alternative therapies, offering a varied toolkit for my sessions. I offer sessions in-person and via Skype.
