I am Ali and I can teach you how to overcome phobias, anxieties, depression and more aswell as how to positively thrive in life. Just imagine what your life could be like, no longer being in fear, anxious or worrying and instead feeling completely comfortable in any situation and stress free. In addition, being able to deal with all life’s challenges – believe it or not, you can achieve this in only 6-8 weeks. The Thrive Programme is a simple psychological training course – it is not therapy. Over 6-8 sessions with my guidance, you will learn every aspect of your thinking and behaviour and realise how you created your symptoms and that you can unravel it and change your situation. We work face to face either in person or via Skype – both ways are just as effective. I promise to coach you to the very best of my abilities and make the learning very interactive; I use lots of tools, examples and tips to ensure that you fully grasp every concept. The reasons behind every symptom is very predictable. It is easy, empowering and all backed up by evidence – this is why it is so effective and quick. This is genuine psychology and not therapy. Whilst working together you will find me non-judgemental, open and friendly – you won’t feel stupid or crazy talking through your issues and experiences.
